Spring is known to be the best time to stop sitting at home on the sofa and go out and exercise in the fresh air. However, there are still many restrictions with regard to joint sports activities. To make exercise fun, alone or in pairs, we have initiated a donation challenge in our anniversary year. We are thus bringing two advantages under one roof: our colleagues continue to keep fit and are highly motivated because they are collecting for a good cause.
Every exercise unit of 30 minutes or more outdoors is converted into points. This includes running, cycling, walking, gymnastics, swimming or even gardening. The goal is to collectively reach 3,000 points. The sum is to be divided and donated to local associations.
