Visitor NET
is an application module for managing visitors which is integrated with
the KEMAS software portal KEMAS NET.
It makes it far easier to organise and optimise temporary access rights
for visitors to companies, public authorities / ministries and
educational institutions.What visitor NET
includes:
- Focus and administer visitors
- Issue access rights with delimited spatial and chronological
zones
- Import master data from KEMAS NET or create it as new
- Make up and generate visitor IDs (card module, linked to the
identity NET
application)
- Intranet portal for visitors to be registered by authorised
staff (enrol_engine)
- Internet portal for announcing visits by authorised individuals
(service providers, key accounts)
- Issue temporary valid access codes to SB – card distribution
module
- Send access codes via messaging module
