driving licence checks for pools and fleets
Licence NET
is a KEMAS NET
application module that usually represents a company's in-house system
for checking driving licences. Users can be administered, checked and
identified using the KEMAS RFID driving licence label. To do this, the
driving licence ID concerned is added to the person's master data. When
pool vehicles are handed over without intervention by employees, the
driving licence check in the sense of user liability is done using this
medium. For the cyclical driving licence checks prescribed by law,
driving licence owners are automatically required to have their licence
read by special readers within defined timescales. This process predates
the one-off process of driving licence registration in which the driving
licence is marked with a uniquely encoded RFID label.
What licence NET
includes:
- Apply RFID labels to driving licences
- Add the "LID“ (licence identification) certification stamp to
individuals' master data
- Use the message_engine module to send cyclical requests to
employees
- Use the LID as a general ID with the carpoint NETsystem
- Statistics feature
