Docu NET
is a KEMAS NET
application module for monitoring and administering documents in KEMAS
depot systems. Doku NET
manages and secures the storage and transfer of important documents.
Examples of these are development documents, vehicle registration
certificates and lists of passwords. It enables document usage to be
managed and monitored on an personal and chronological basis.What
doku NET
includes:
- Permanent monitoring of RFID-marked documents in KEMAS depot
systems
- Manage master data, clients and objects and generate reports
with KEMAS NET
- Link to document and personal (rule engine)
- Prevent removals
- Interface for passing on alerts by using an alert engine
- Interface to the system's own message system (message engine)
- Add and administer individuals (employees) who are permitted to
access the document depot
- Achieve client capability by defining and assigning
